Taste: Due to the low concentration of sugars it is not too sweet.

Aroma: Special iodide.

Color: Dark. The one that is been produced in spring is lighter and more clear than the one produced in autumn.

Crystallization: Crystallization of pine honey is a slow proccess , since the natural conciseness of glucose is low. Remains fluid for over a year and half.

Nutritional value: The pine honey has high nutritional value and this is mainly due to the large number of different substances that it contains. The majority of these substances are minerals and trace elements (such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper).
